The asphalt plant is mainly composed of cold aggregate supply system, drum dryer, coal burner, coal feeder, dust collector, hot aggregate elevator, vibrating screen, filler supply system, weighing and mixing system, asphalt storage, bitumen supply system. All these components have characteristics that impact not only the overall quality of the asphalt but also the effect on the environment. We have an asphalt plan with 200 ton/hr capacity in Erbil. All of our asphalt equipment and machineries come from Germany( AMMANN). We produce our asphalt with highest Public Works standard for the Erbil Ring Road.

  • Modern PMB plant (polymer modify bitumen plant for modify bitumen for using in our highway project construction with capacity of 15 ton/hr.

  • Washing plant machine for washing the aggregate, separate sand, fine aggregate used in ready mix concrete plant and diverting the coarse aggregate automatically to crusher plant. The washing system is done using modern system by using water filtration recycling system which is use the minimum water requirement. That system is environment friendly system and economical. 

  • The crusher plant consists of 5 line of crushed aggregate production fully automated. The crusher plant capacity is180 m3/hr. capacity. It is capable of delivering various size crushed aggregate products used as a raw material for our asphalt and concrete plants and also used in plant mix factory for produce base coarse material used in highway construction.

  • Emulsify factory for produce emulsion bitumen prime and tack coat.


Throughout the year there is a continual requirement for small and large maintenance and construction jobs around the house and agricultural premises. Taking delivery of small amounts of concrete is not economical, whilst self-mixing larger quantities of concrete permits more flexibility and saves money. The economic advantages are clearer if you have your own mixer that can also be used for mixing fodder, fertilizer or potting soil. We have four plants producing high quality and strength ready mix concrete. Two plants operate at 120 m3/hr and one at 90 m3/hr the third operated at 120 m3/hr. The plants serve public as well as Hemn projects. The plants have precision controlled and monitored concrete mixing equipment to meet the required specifications and mix design of each project and to provide consistent high quality concrete.


The stone crusher is one such industry that exists in the vicinity of almost all major cities/towns throughout the country in all the states because the construction activities go on throughout the country. As transportation of stone over long distances adds to cost of the crushed stone products, the crushers need to be necessarily located nearer to the demand centers such as Cities, Bridges, Canals etc. Stone Crushers also need electricity supply and large number of man power for its operation. It also needs access roads for the movement of mined stone as well as crushed stone products. We have a fully automated crush plant with 180 m3/hr capacity in Erbil. It is capable of delivering various size products with wash system. We produce the raw material for our asphalt and concrete plants. We also produce our base material for various CBR requirements.

Frequently, products in arid treatment installations need to be washed, whatever these are from quarries or gravels. The most representative washing case of aggregates is for sand, where traditionally washing waterwheels and worms were employed. The use of hidrocyclones or hydraulic cyclones in sandwashing equipments is the most efficiency method for an optimum sand washing process because it lets to remove the fraction below 63 microns without losing fines, as happens with waterwheel and worms.
